has been in business since 1989. Owners, Dennis and Mona Hodges
would like to invite you to stop by for a visit and if you would
like, a tour of our homes. Dennis and Mona are natives and can share
many stories about the area.
We
carry Sunshine homes exclusively.
We are able to fill your housing needs from less than 1,000 square feet to more than 2,300 square feet.
We have single and multi-section units and from two bedroom one bath to four bedroom, three bath
models. Some models are available as modular. From a basic single wide to an elaborate double wide, we offer it all.
We occasionally have nice pre-owned homes. You may call or email for availability.
In many cases, it is hard to detect the difference in a manufactured home and a site-built.
Manufactured homes are available with finished drywall, eight foot flat ceilings, 2" X 6" exterior
walls, thermopane windows, upgraded insulation packages, a steeper roof pitch and lots more.
On average, our manufactured homes cost about half as much to build, per square foot, as a site-built.
They are no longer temporary housing and most are going on private property. Quality homes at affordable prices!
These homes are built to the Department of Housing and Urban Development standards
as a minimum to ensure quality as well as your safety.
